Great shower pressure!

I felt that the hotel was more of a 2/3 star rating and not a 4 and would only describe it as 'adequate'.

The venue was absolutely great, I appreciated the location just next door to major metropolitan areas, and street views. The location couldn't be more great and comfortable to historical center. I visited Attanasio, based minutes away from the hotel, had dinner there: )

Would recommend for a lightning stop

Charming hotel, convenient location, withsuper clean and cozy rooms including air conditioning and a tv, situated just 50 meters from the railway station for easy city exploration.

Everything met my expectations.

Avoid at all costs. First room - No toilet seat, tv broken, not vacuumed, stale cigarette smell, no wifi as advertised. Second room - not vacuumed, stale cigarette smell, no wifi as advertised, broken lan port. Complaints raised with front desk staff, after discussion with manager agreed to let us leave without penalty, yet a week after we left Italy they charged the full amount and claim to not speak English when called. Disreputable, dishonourable and frankly just dirty - save yourself the hassle as this "4" star hotel is barely 1 star...

Had a great stay with a comfy bed and a nice fridge in the room for late-night snacks! The spa and gym were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a minor note—the shower could use a little more pressure, but overall it was a pleasant experience! 😊

Had marvellous and convenient location away from the ferry terminal. I visited La Fortuna, based not too far from the hotel, had dinner there...

The hotel staff were accommodating, especially with our three dogs. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed having a luggage storage option. The breakfast was good, and having a metro station right across the street made exploring Naples super easy.

My wife says that the surrounding area was crowded and somewhat chaotic with street vendors.

The Superior Double Room was really comfy, with an amazing bed and memory foam pillows. The space was good and had nice lighting. Air conditioning worked well, keeping things cool. Plus, there was a fridge with free water, a nice touch. Just a heads up-the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the shower pressure wasn't great. But overall, I had a cozy night in a pretty modern setup.

Sant'Angelo Suites offers a good location close to the train station. The room wasnice and neat, with charming marble decor throughout. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the staff were accommodating and professional . The hotel maintained a surprisingly quiet atmosphere despite its proximity to a bustling area.

The surrounding streets could feel chaotic at times.

The Superior Quadruple Room had comfy beds, nice air conditioning, and a big TV. We enjoyed the spa facilities too. The bathroom was clean, and they provided all the essentials like shampoos and toiletries. Super nice team, allowing luggage storage after checkout.
